Career and College Ready: "Take 2" Campaign
The "Take 2" Campaign is focused on promoting Dual Completion to students, parents, and school staff. Students have many choices in their high school schedules and choosing to complete both a CTE program of study AND the course requirements for admission to colleges and universities in Maryland affords them the widest opportunities for college and career success. These students are identified as being Dual Completers. Maryland has seen constant growth in Dual Completion and in 2013, more than 57% of those students completing a CTE program of study also completed the core content requirements for Maryland college admission. The goal of the "Take 2" Campaign is to take that number even higher.
